A non-famous local woman reportedly purchased the property in an off-market deal. The Mediterranean-style home, built in 1989, is located near the end of a cul-de-sac in a guard-gated community and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Presley had only recently purchased the home for $1.8 million last March, and according to reports, she could not step foot inside the home after her son’s death. 

Lisa Marie Presley paid tribute to her late son on social media last October on what would have been his 28th birthday, expressing her deep pain and sorrow over his passing.
