Bob Saget’s wife and children break their silence after his tragic death. It was recently reported that the family came to tell how they were feeling after his death. They say, “he was everything for us.”

On Sunday, January 9, Bob’s fans heard the shocking news about his death. The headlines were running all across the media stations, and the family came in front for the first time to publicize what they had to say. 

In a statement given to the US Weekly by late Bob’s family says, “We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today.”

The family added, “He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter.”

Saget’s family also said to give their family a private time after the comedy star’s death, and they also invited his beloved fans to “join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world.”

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported that Bob was pronounced dead when they tried to knot Bob’s hotel room door many times, and they didn’t get a response. 

After entering the hotel room, they found Bob unresponsive and lying dead at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida. 

The police called the deputies after an unresponsive person they found, and they claimed him to be Robert Saget. The Sheriff Tweeted, “The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.”

Who Was Bob Saget?

Bob Saget’s real name is Robert Lane Saget, who was an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. On May 17, 1956, he was born in Philadelphia to a Jewish family with his father named Benjamin Saget and his mother Roslyn Dolly. 

His father worked in a supermarket as an executive, while his mother was an administrator in the hospital. Saget’s family moved to Encino, which was the neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Later the family moved back to Philadelphia, where he attended the Abington Senior High School and graduated in 1975. 

After his high school graduation, he decided to become a doctor, but his English Honors teacher named Elaine Zimmerman, recommended he make a career in films because of his creative potential. 

While studying at Temple University of film school, he received a merit award in the Students Academy Awards. He graduated in 1978 by securing a degree in Bachelors of arts. 

In 1987, The Morning Program was aired with the name of Full House. He was cast as Danny Tanner, and the shoes would receive great feedback from the viewers. 

Later he was signed as the host of American Funny Home Videos. He worked for the company almost a decade after signing in 1989 and resigning in 1997. 

In 2009, he co-hosted with Tom Bergeron on the 20th anniversary of AFV. In his career, he directed the 1996 ABC television movie For Hope, Dirty Work and later garnered his popularity by The Howard Stern Show. 

He was the host for NBC’s game show one vs. 100 from 2006 to 2008. He released a DVD on August 28, 2007, which was an HBO comedy special, That Ain’t Right. This was dedicated to his father, Ben Saget, who died at 89 due to congestive heart failure. 

He did voice overs in films including Madagascar(2005), Casper’s Scare School(2006), and Farce Of The Penguins(2007). He starred in movies such as “I am Chris Farley,” “A stand up guy,” “Benjamin,” and TBA “Killing Daniel.”
