Founded by Ilene Arellano, Frankie Quiroz and Brian Porter, Drip Creationz is a multi-million-dollar company that provides the best footwear, apparel and fashion accessories. The e-commerce fashion company was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Riverside, California. With more than 50,000 happy customers, the brand has built a fanbase of more than 700,000 followers on Instagram. We had the pleasure to sit down with one of the co-founders, Frankie Quiroz, to talk about the success of Drip Creationz.
Can you tell us a story about what brought you to start Drip Creationz with your friends?
We’ve always made it a goal to be trendsetters of the fashion industry. Apparel, Accessories, and footwear has been an obsession of ours since we were little kids. We wanted to create something new, something unique that no one has done before in this incredible and competitive industry. So we decided to get creative with shoes with our own creative designs. The first trend we started was adding embroidered roses to some of the most popular base shoes and it’s been uphill ever since.
How did you guys get your idea or concept for Drip Creationz?
We all know of the fashion brands that own the monopoly of this industry and we are so grateful for them. In a way we set out the blueprint for all of us, we are just picking up where they left off. We’re always looking into innovating and improving what has been done before at a massive scale.
What makes Drip Creationz different from other luxury streetwear niche brands as yours?
Our branding and presence definitely sets us apart, but the most unique part of what we do is how we customize our shoes. We’ve spent years trying to figure out the best way to get our designs on our shoes at a massive scale. It was an extremely hard thing to do but we managed to engineer how to transfer and plant creativity to the world’s most popular shoes, something that not many shoe creators can do.

How many people work for Drip Creationz currently?
We currently have a team of over 30 shoe creators and hoping to double up this year.
What advice would you have for other new entrepreneurs?
Our advice would be to never give up on your vision, most people will pretend to support your dreams but in reality doubt you just as much as they doubt themselves. This type of energy could either make or break you, only the strongest will survive. You have to be mentally prepared to face many obstacles before you reach your goal. Don’t be scared to mess up, you need that in order to grow mentally and physically.
How much potential market share can you achieve in the next 3 years?
Drip has great potential, we’re not only sticking to the shoe niche but we are also dipping our hands into the clothing, accessory, and beauty industries. Our fans love everything that we create and giving them more options has significantly grown our following. We also have over 600,000 loyal followers on instagram.
What are your future plans for Drip?
We have big plans for Drip and we are just getting started. We plan on doing over $12,000,000 in sales this year in 2020 and give our customers the ultimate experience. We’re working on our own branded shoe and a fully functioning website where you will be able to pick the base of shoe, pick your own designs to be placed on the shoes and so on. The made to order website is in the works as we speak. We plan on being the household brand for many years to come and we’re currently working with over 300 of the top influencers and celebrities of our industry.
