How Kathryn Adams Limbaugh Justified That Her Late Husband Was “Bigger Than Life.”

Kathryn Adams Limbaugh is considered to be the supportive wife of Rush Hudson, who came to prominence after marrying him.

She had a successful journey, but she was mainly spotted due to the credible actor, who was a conservative political commentator in the United States and was the host of The Rush Limbaugh Show.

The show was aired in 1984, and in no time, it got successful. It is considered the beginning of Rushe’s fame and reputation.

She Has Strong Political Background

Kathryn has a strong political background, and she is considered to be the noble birth of the United States.

As per the report given by people, Kathryn has a strong background with a political leader, John Adams, the second President of the United States.

On the other hand, her father – Richard Rogers,  has a strong academic background, and he availed his degree from the Naval Academy alongside the late Senator John McCain, another conservative stalwart.

Besides her father, Kathryn’s grandfather also had a strong personality, and he was a navy captain who later became a global businessman, so it is evident to say that Kathryn enjoyed a glitzy life and was brought up in a lavish lifestyle. Kathryn had seen a standard childhood because of her strong ancestors.

The family kept moving, as due to the promotion, they went to many places and lived in Guinea-Bissau, London, Rio de Janeiro, the Philippines, and Hawaii, among other places (via Heavy).

Sadly, her father passed away in 2018, and she had to endure pain after her father as she was very attached to her father.

On the other hand, Kathryn’s mother, Penny, is still alive, and she always supports her daughter in her every decision. Kathryn grew up in a large family with her brothers, Richard Rogers Jr., and Jonathan Rogers.

There is no information regarding her education, but it is evident that she has studied in a standardized school, and her father was very strict in pursuing a career, and he expected the same from her.

Kathryn Being A Supportive Wife

Rush and Kathryne met on the radio set and after dating since 2007, both married in June of 2010 in Limbaugh’s Palm Beach home.

They commenced a very lavish wedding, and it was celebrated in an oceanfront house described as a “mansion” by the New York Daily News.

At the Event, the Royals of the country were invited, and the event took place at The Breakers -a luxurious resort that goes back to the late 1800s. At the beaker, all of the Royal political leaders used to come for recreation, including the Astors, Rockefellers, and Vanderbilts, as well as Andrew Carnegie and J.P. Morgan. 


The fact is that no one of the royal political leaders of 19 century was available to attend the ceremony at the Limbaugh wedding, but the renowned political leaders of the country were the special guest, and among the 400 guests were former Bush strategist Karl Rove, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity, and former New York City mayor/future Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, according to the people.

His Husband Diagnosed With Lung Cancer

According to the report, it was stated in January 2020, Rush was diagnosed with lung cancer, and a year later, he died of it at the age of 70. The news was surprising for his fans and family, and the country was saddened at his death, as they lost the legend of the country.  

In one of the interviews after a year of conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh’s death,  Kathryn – his widow, appreciated her late husband for his all-time support and was saddened to remember some of his memories.

In the same interview, she also shared some of his current thoughts on the country.

She spoke to Fox & Friends in a morning interview about Rush’s life and impact, and she said: “He always led us to believe that America’s best days are ahead. He would say I’m just a voice on the radio, but he was so much more. I call him America’s Winston.”

Throughout Rush’s life span, he had an incredible and influential career, and he was a very popular celebrity among the public until his death, attracting millions of listeners to his daily radio program.

But the fact is that Rush Limbaugh was being criticized by many of his followers for a history of racist, misogynistic, and incendiary remarks on the radio show.

Kathryn was the person to announce the death of Rush for the first time in 2021, and she was very  intimate with her late husband after the death; she said to the listeners of his late husband’s radio show that her husband was great and was “bigger than life.”

She said: “I, like you, very much wish Rush was behind this golden microphone right now, welcoming you to another exceptional three hours of broadcasting,” Kathryn said at the time. “For over 32 years, Rush has cherished you, his loyal audience, and always looked forward to every single show. It is with profound sadness I must share with you directly that our beloved Rush, my wonderful husband, passed away this morning due to complications from lung cancer.”

Moreover, Kathryne further in Fox & Friend: “I’m doing well for the most part. It’s been very difficult, but knowing how many people are out there praying for me, praying for Rush, I very much think this was the nation’s loss.”

She said that her late husband had a true spirit and was a man of faith who was “always mentally engaged, whether it was watching a television program or reading his iPad. He always said that life is show prep and I think it was very much, in his case.”

In the Fox Nation, Kathryn said about Rush Limbaugh: “I think he would be furious, He would be upset with the United States not being as strong as it has been and should be. I know he would say it’s not time to panic.”
