Tell us about yourself?
I’m a fitness trainer with a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition. I believe that when you set your intention, focus on a nutrient-dense diet, and give a consistent effort – anything is possible, and the sky is the limit.
What makes you different than other professionals in your field?
I focus on the fundamentals of fitness and take it back to the basics with every client, no matter their fitness level. I find that many people did not learn or do not use proper form when exercising, which can lead to injury.
How much potential market share can you achieve in the next 3 years?
I believe the best is yet to come. I will be launching an online training platform where I can connect with my clients while they are traveling. This will also enable me to work with clients in different countries and cities.
What was the most important part of your professional journey?
Realizing that fitness is my passion was a huge turning point in my life. I didn’t know what to do professionally before that moment. Working with clients helping them reach their goals keeps me motivated every day.
What takes up too much of your time?
Writing workouts takes a lot of my time, but I am happy to do it. Other than that, sitting in traffic takes too much of my time!
What three pieces of advice would you give to college students/new startup business owners who want to become entrepreneurs?
- Follow your gut and your heart. Don’t make decisions just because you feel like it’s what you’re supposed to do.
- Get out and explore the world and experience new cultures before you settle down.
- Embrace failure and learn to find creative solutions to problems when they arise.
Who has impressed you most with what they’ve accomplished?
I think what Elon Musk has accomplished is incredible. He has really shifted the landscape in a way I didn’t think was possible.
What drives you to keep going when it’s really tough?
I think about my family and all the support they have given me. It gives me fuel to keep going.
