They have refrained from going online since then. Sadly, even in 2023, pictures of Nikki Catsouras’ decomposed body can still be found easily using regular search engines.
However, Porsche Girl graphic pictures can still circulate on social media, as evidenced by their presence on platforms like Reddit.
What happened to Nikki Catsouras
Nikki Catsouras was 18 years old at the time of her tragic death. She was born to Lesli Catsouras, a writer, and Christos Catsouras, a real estate broker.
On 31st, 2000, a tragic incident happened when Nikki went out of her house without her parents knowing and took one of her father’s cars for a joy ride.
Nikki Catsouras lost control of her father’s Porsche 911 Carrera and hit a toll booth in Lake Forest, California.

She traveled over 100 miles per hour (160 km/h) on State Route 241 with a car that goes zero to 60 miles an hour in less than five seconds.
Her traffic accident made identifying her body for her parents and family extremely difficult.
The impact of the accident was so terrible that the coroner prevented Nikki’s parents from seeing her body.
However, the pictures, known as the “Porsche Girl” meme, are still gaining much attention even after all these years.
